The Narrows participates in an affordable housing program where income restrictions apply. Visit our Affordable Housing page for information on the program, qualifications, and application process.

Prices reflect a 12-month lease term | Resident is responsible for electric and internet | Water, sewer and trash included in monthly rent

Residents are required to pay a $7/month fee for renters insurance and are automatically enrolled in the property’s master renters insurance policy. This policy covers property damage only and does not cover residents’ personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to obtain additional personal insurance coverage, but it is not required.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application):
Application Fee: $13
Holding Fee: $150

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In):
Standard Security Deposit: $300

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit.
